Frequently Asked Questions
Pixel Watch 1st and 2nd Gen use different charging contact structures and wireless charging protocols, making them incompatible with the same charging base. SwanScout has developed dedicated chargers for each generation:
- 703G is designed for Pixel Watch 1st Gen
- 703G2 supports Pixel Watch 2nd and 3rd Gen
Each version ensures stable alignment and safe charging. Please confirm your watch model before purchase to ensure the best compatibility and performance.
Not all Pixel models support wireless charging. Please check your device specifications before purchasing.
If your phone doesn't support wireless charging, we recommend our SwanScout 701 Series wired chargers, which offer fast, safe, and reliable charging via cable.

Due to a slightly different coil position on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold compared to other Pixel models, we recommend the SwanScout 708G2.
To ensure optimal alignment and stable charging, the 708G2 includes a removable plastic positioning pad.
- Use the pad when charging the Pixel 9 Pro Fold to elevate the phone and align the coil precisely.
- For other Pixel models, the pad is not required.

SwanScout’s foldable wireless chargers typically support two charging modes:
- Stand the charger up to hold the phone vertically, ideal for watching content or checking messages while charging. If charging isn’t working, try adjusting the folding angle to better align with your phone’s coil.
- When laid flat, the charger can power phones or wireless earbuds. For earbuds, align them with the coil icon marked on the charging pad for accurate positioning.
This flexible design supports various device layouts and improves both convenience and compatibility.
A flashing red light indicates foreign object detection. Please ensure the device being charged is compatible with the product. If your phone has a case, remove it and try charging again.
We recommend using a PD adapter with 25W or higher output to ensure stable and efficient charging. Some models may not support fast charging for all three devices simultaneously when using adapters under 18W.
