Both models share the same design concept and 3-in-1 charging functionality for Samsung devices. The main difference is that the C01SM supports magnetic phone charging, allowing your Galaxy phone to snap into place for easier alignment and charging.
To use the magnetic charging feature, your phone must be equipped with a compatible magnetic case under 5 mm thick. Samsung Galaxy phones do not have built-in magnets, so a magnetic case is required.
Both C01SM and 708SM are 3-in-1 magnetic wireless charging stations designed for Samsung Galaxy devices.
The main difference is in the design and use case:
- 708SM features a foldable design, making it more suitable for travel and on-the-go use. It is easy to carry and store when not in use.
- C01SM has a non-foldable desktop design, making it ideal for fixed placement at home, office, or bedside for daily charging.
In short, 708SM is built for portability, while C01SM is designed for a stable desktop charging setup.
This issue is usually caused by misalignment or incompatible phone cases.To ensure proper charging, please check the following:
- Your phone is properly aligned on the charging area
- A compatible magnetic case is used (required for magnetic attachment)
- Cases thicker than 5 mm may affect charging performance
For best performance, we recommend using a 25W adapter (not included).If charging still does not work, please realign the phone on the charging area or remove and reattach the device.
