• Can this product charge a phone vertically?
  No. Because wireless charging requires proper coil alignment, this product only supports horizontal charging for phones (except for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip series).
• Can this product charge devices from other brands?
  Yes. This product is compatible not only with Samsung devices but also with wireless-charging–supported devices from Apple, Google, and other brands. For detailed compatibility, please refer to the compatibility chart.
• When does the indicator light turn on?
  The LED indicator light only turns on when charging wireless earbuds. There will be no unnecessary lights when charging your phone or watch—you can simply check the battery status on your device.
