Thanks to the charging lamp, charging errors can be reduced. Also, I think that the weight of the band can be applied to the charging contacts because it is easy to hang, which contributes to reducing charging errors (although I think it is slightly). This charger is convenient. The way the charging platform can be angled helps a lot with the easy of setting the watch to charge. I use it everyday to charge my Pixel Watch 3 XL.
Charger looks elegant and is not a piece that will feel out of place.
I haven't had any issues setting the watch to charge, and the green led will let me know if everything is ok.
Just be aware you need to provide the power supply.

This charging stand has been my favorite purchase in some time. The only downside to it is that with the band I have on it, I need to unclasp one side before I put it on, because the band curves inward immediately off the watch, so it doesn't fit without one side being disconnected. This to me is not a problem.

The way h holds very nicely in place, it doesn't disconnect when bumped or jarred and the charging speed is adequate compared to other charging cables I have had. The plastic and metal don't feel extremely durable, but they are by no means the cheap and crappy plastic that you get from the dollar store, so it's worth it, in my opinion.
